Faulkner worked with John Wayne on McLintock!, Rio Lobo, The Green Berets, Hellfighters, The Undefeated, and Chisum (most of those directed by Faulkner’s friend Andrew McLaglen). Faulkner served as a fighter pilot with the U.S. Air Force, then went on to play small parts—usually tough guys—in such movies and TV shows as G.I. Blues, Have Gun – Will Travel, Rawhide, Kisses for My President, How to Murder Your Wife, Wagon Train, The Fugitive, Bonanza, Gilligan’s Island, The Shakiest Gun in the West, Then Came Bronson, Ironside, Mod Squad, and countless others.
