Ena Hartman, 1932 – 2025

Model and actress Ena Hartman, 93, died on April 16. Hartman owned and worked in her own restaurant when she was discovered by a modeling agent. She was recruited by NBC, and began appearing on TV in 1964. She costarred in the cop show Dan August (as police dispatcher Katy Grant); through the 1960s and ’70s Hartman appeared in such movies and TV shows as The Farmer’s Daughter (why is that never rerun?), Tarzan, Adam-12, It Takes a Thief, Ironside, Airport, and Police Story. Hartman dropped out of the show business in the mid-1970s.
