Australian “adult content creator” Anthony Cox, who performed as Koby Falks, died on May 28. No cause is given, but most of the reports are filled with Suicide Hotline numbers and URLs. Falks was not an old-fashioned porn star (so no hilarious movie titles to report), but rather posted bawdy videos on social media (mostly JustForFans and OnlyFans). I Googled-imaged him, and oh, my nerves!, the sights you will see. Falks’s publicist and talent manager Matthew Leigh posted, “From the moment we connected, I was struck by his warmth, his charisma, and his incredible professionalism. He was organised, kind-hearted, and deeply respectful — the kind of person you instantly felt grateful to work with.” Falks himself recently posted on Instagram, “I’m a man. I’m gay. And I’m done pretending those two things don’t go together. You don’t need to perform queerness to be valid. You don’t need to apologise for being masculine. Thanks to the blokes who message me—you’re seen.”
