Presley Gerber, 1999 – 2026

Fashion model Presley Gerber, 27, died on Sept. 20 in a drug-rehab facility in Los Angeles. The son of super-model Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, Presley began modeling at 15, eventually working for such brands as Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Tommy Hilfiger, and Bottega Venata; he also appeared in a Pepsi ad with his mother. He had long had problems with depression and drugs. Like so many people on anti-depressants, Gerber said that “The doctors say a lot of different things, so it’s kind of scary, but hopefully between my research and their research … The things that scare me are the things you need to take … if you don’t take them, something not good happens. And there’s a spectrum there on how intense the withdrawal from certain medications is.” Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister, actress Kaia Gerber.
