Actor Tom Troupe, 97, died on July 15. After serving in the Korean War, Troupe attended classes with Uta Hagen; he appeared on Broadway in The Diary of Anne Frank, The Gin Game, and Romantic Comedy. From 1955 through 2013, Troupe had supporting roles in such TV series as The Fugitive, Mission: Impossible, The Wild, Wild West, Star Trek, Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, CHiPs, Night Gallery, Knots Landing, Murder, She Wrote, and Cheers. He also turned up in the films The Big Fisherman, The Devil’s Brigade Kelly’s Heroes Summer School, and My Own Private Idaho. He was married to actresses Sally Singer and Carole Cook (with whom he frequently appeared onstage).
