Nathaniel Pelletier, 1971 – 2025

Transportation supervisor and actor Nathaniel "Nate" Pelletier, 53, died on April 11, it was announced this week. (He died “suddenly, alone at home,” is all we know). An antique car expert, Pelletier was in charge of the 1910s vehicles in Hallmark’s When Calls the Heart series (2014-25). He also portrayed a taxi driver in multiple episodes. Production manager Mike Magnusson wrote that “Nate was all heart, a true Unicorn, smashing every 14-hour day with a wide smile & endless cheer for all. He ‘saw’ people, and was always there with a kind word.”
