Rosanna Norton, 1944 – 2025

Costume designer Rosanna Norton, 80, died on May 7. She was Oscar-nominated for her work on Tron, and also worked on Terence Malick’s Badlands, Brian De Palma’s Carrie and Phantom of the Paradise, and on I Wanna Hold Your Hand, Airplane!, RoboCop 2, The Flintstones, The Brady Bunch Movie, Ruthless People, Innerspace, and The Patriot. After retiring from film work, she returned to her first love, painting. Alexander had been married to directors James Bryan and Bill Norton.
