Biff Wiff, 1956 – 2025

Comic character actor Biff Wiff, 68, died of cancer on Feb. 14. Born Gary Crotty (and really, I think “Biff Wiff” was the way to go), he was best known for his appearances on the comedy sketch show I Think You Should Leave. But he was ubiquitous on TV from the 1980s through last year, making brief appearances on Desperate Housewives, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Moonlighting, Night Court (both incarnations), L.A. Law, Adam Ruins Everything, and countless other shows (as well as the occasional movie, such as Everything Everywhere All at Once).
